Sarkozy drunk at the G8

None of the French Tv channels wanted to show it but on Friday 8th of June the Belgian Tv channel RTBF showed Sarkozy coming out of a conference he just had with Vladimir Putin during the G8. The video shows that he probably had a little too much Vodka during the meeting.

Google is being criticized more and more for it's infringement of privacy. With it's search engine, gmail, cookies, etc, Google accumulates a large quantity of information of its users. This information is said to be used only to personalize searches and target advertisements. Is it really only used for that?

Roland Garros

These last 3 weeks in Paris the big event was the tennis tournament Roland Garros, and for the occasion France 3 one of France's main Tv channels organized a karaoke with most of the tennis players. Chaos League is a sport in which the rules are simple: there are none. The object of the game is to score as many goals as possible – through whatever means necessary: hand-to-hand – or feet to face – violence, magic or weapons. Whilst the original game's premise remains: train and manage a team of nine assorted characters into the leanest, meanest, weirdest Chaos League side the world has ever seen, Sudden Death takes things a whole lot further. New races – each with new and unique abilities have been thrown into the world, expanding the options available to each manager. New grounds bring friendly or hostile crowds into the mix (complete with their own form of influential spells), and 19 additional hero characters are available for selection. The commentary from the original game – so often praised for its unique, brutal humor – has been doubled, ensuring an even trashier atmosphere within the blood-boiling confrontations. And additional in-game options – such as auto-casting spells, and the ability to wallop the referee if you disagree with a decision – increase the strategic element even further.
